​Salvatore has been in the Fitness Industry for since his graduation from NPTI in Orlando FL. on September 2004.

As a Personal Trainer Tory is proud of the clients and lives that he has touched. Having trained professional athletes, clients with MS, recovering from time in a coma and children as young as 10 years old looking to lose weight. He has been able to work with anyone of any ability.

​Laurie Shults

Laurie, after graduation from our local Southwestern Central High school, went on to study second languages of Spanish in Mexico and Spain.  We are happy to have a fluent Spanish speaking member of our team to help communicate with our growing community. 

​In College, she graduated Suma Cum Laude from Villanova University with a B.A. in Psychology focusing on Health and Forensic studies.

​While there she also pursued the Nutritional Series offered by their prestigious Nursing Program and continued volunteering at an Assisted Living Center focusing on better lifestyle choices and dietary needs for the older population.

Upon Graduation, like Russ she sought employment and was hired by the Raleigh Police Department, hoping to make a difference in others’ lives.

Quality of Life for others has always been a huge focus, regardless of her career choices and as an injury cut her time with the Police Department short, she found new ways to help others.

At this point she found herself moving back to her local home town to be a Wellness Director for the Shults Auto Group.

CERTIFICATION: Certified Personal Trainer- AFAA (Athletic and Fitness Association of America), STRONG by Zumba certified, Fitour Indoor Cycling Instructor, CPR/AED certified.

FOCUS: Body Weight Exercise, High Intensity Interval Training, High Intensity Tempo Training, Strength and Conditioning.

Personal Bio: At age 15 I was introduced to exercise and fitness and developed a passion for training and conditioning. Struggling with self-confidence as a teenager, working out and developing better eating habits helped lead me down a path to a lifestyle of clean eating and fitness as a career.  Ten years ago I decided to pursue my Personal Trainer Certification so I could help others achieve personal goals and feel all around healthier through exercise and conditioning. My style is to mix up workouts and keep it fresh so boredom doesn’t become a factor.                                                                                                                                 Over the years I have worked at various gyms in the area as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and previously worked at Cummins, as Fitness Coordinator, several years ago. Within the last three years I have ran seven half marathons and several smaller 10 and 5ks.   Today, at age 43 and having had seven children, I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life and I absolutely love what I do.
